All shipping fees are not returnable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships from Little Bear Pet Supplies, we no longer are responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
To CALCULATE the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.
To TRACK your package, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time we are unable to ship outside of Canada.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are FINAL SALE no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Little Bear Pet Supplies will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip within 30 days from date of delivery. Custom sales are non-returnable or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days from the date of return.
Little Bear Supplies reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, chewed, worn, peed on or altered in any way. All packages returned to Little Bear Pet Supplies must be fully insured. Little Bear Pet Supplies will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
SALE ITEMS: All Sale Items and/or items purchased using promotional codes or automatic discount codes are FINAL SALE (non-returnable) unless otherwise noted on the terms of the promotion. Discount is not valid on previous purchases, purchases made outside of the promotion period, or on any custom or bespoke orders. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion.
RETURNS: You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, include your original sales receipt or order number in the box and note that this is a “return.” Mail to the address below.
EXCHANGE: You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the cost to ship the new item. Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, include your order number in the box and note that this is a “exchange.” Mail to the address below.
DEFECTIVE: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item. Little Bear Pet Supplies will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFECTS OR MALFUNCTION CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, FAILURE TO FOLLOW OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS, OR USE WITH EQUIPMENT WITH WHICH IT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED.
